Inviting interiors feature traditional (multi-office) and open-concept suites, all with natural light from large, original windows. The 9-foot tall, California mahogany doorframes stand as the fitting entrance to your suite.

Each suite can accommodate large desks, furniture, and business appliances. Modern finishes include hardwood floors, vinyl planks, and carpet tiles, as well as the option to add tile floors, televisions, and custom cabinets to make your space truly next level.

Commissioned by the Andreson company- led by San Bernardino County Supervisor, John Andreson Jr. (son of Inland Empire pioneer John Andreson Sr.), famed local architect Howard E Jones designed The Andreson Building be a monument to the business community of San Bernardino in the heart of downtown, replacing the city's first brewery saloon- built by Andreson Sr. in 1872.

When it opened in 1927, the over 60,000sqft 5-story edifice –with modern-classical intricacies and gorgeous interiors– was the largest, most modern office structure in the Inland Empire, hosting San Bernardinian's top business people, including a main branch for Bank of America.

The restoration and renovation of The Enterprise Building's atrium lobby, marble hallways, hand-painted details, and architectural elements remind members of their office's history and welcome visitors and locals alike to work, dine, and celebrate once again. Since 2017, the building has become a contemporary pioneer for Downtown revitalization efforts; attracting over 100 small businesses, non-profit organizations, and artists; and hosting hundreds of events drawing over 70,000 visitors.

This place is so much fun. I have went to a couple events & they were great! So many vendors, food, drinks, entertainment & music. Always a great time. Management is very helpful, nice & professional. The security is very nice & professional. The venue is very pretty. A hidden gem in San Bernardino. Stacia is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, helpful, & professional. All her events are so much fun. This is definitely my favorite spot to go for events!

This is an amazing building from the 1920s. It is one of the very few buildings of its kind in San Bernardino California. The lobby of this building is very beautiful and the people who run the reception are absolutely wonderful and friendly. More people need to support the downtown area and keep the businesses in the area going like those in the Enterprise Building. This is the oldest building of its kind in San Bernardino. There is a banquet and reception hall that can be rented out for your business and entertainment needs. They have office space available in this incredible building for lease. The Stanly family who owns this beautiful building are also champions for downtown San Bernardino. The people of San Bernardino need to follow the lead of those involved with the Enterprise Building and help bring the downtown area back to its former glory. I would tell more of the building's history but finding out by visiting is absolutely more fun and interesting.

This place is a hidden gem. It is right down the street from the court. A very clean bar with a great variety of liquors. When we walked in, we were created by the owner who is extremely accommodating. There is nothing else like this in the area. I highly recommend.
